Warfield is about fifteen minutes from Ascot and unusual in that it contains two quite separate kinds of property. There is the older village around the church and the lanes, and there is a substantial amount of housing built in the last couple of decades on the Bracknell side.
The new stock generates a particular type of work. The installations are sound and certified, but they are built to a specification rather than to how people actually live. That means:
